Payments are refundable when Extreme World cancels due to unsafe weather conditions or when a cancellation request is received by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
Tours are weather-dependent and may be delayed, shortened, rescheduled or cancelled due to high winds, storms, poor visibility or unsafe water conditions. If Extreme World cancels the tour, customers may reschedule or receive a full refund.
