📋 Operator Requirements

🪪 Accepted identification: G2, G, M2 or Pleasure Craft Operator Card
📝 Operators must complete the rental agreement and applicable waiver
🦺 Life jackets and required safety equipment must be used
📢 All safety and operating instructions must be followed
🌦️ Rentals may be delayed or cancelled due to unsafe weather or water conditions

🔐 Refundable Security Deposit

A $700 (per unit)  refundable security deposit is required. The deposit is fully refunded when the jet ski is returned without damage. Customers are not responsible for mechanical problems unrelated to misuse or damage.

Important: Additional charges may apply if the jet ski is flipped, damaged or operated negligently or contrary to the provided safety instructions.

💳 Reservation Deposit

A $113 online reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is applied toward your total rental payment. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival after signing the rental agreement.

📅 Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposits are refundable only when Extreme World cancels due to unsafe weather conditions or when a cancellation request is received by email at least 48 hours before the reservation.
