📋 Participant Requirements

🔹 Participants must wear the provided personal flotation device
🔹 Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian to complete the applicable waiver
🔹 All safety instructions provided by Extreme World must be followed
🔹 Equipment must be returned by the selected package’s scheduled return time
🔹 Rentals may be delayed or cancelled due to unsafe weather or water conditions

📅 Cancellation Policy

Payments are refundable when weather conditions are unsuitable for the rental or when a cancellation request is received by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation.

Rentals are weather-dependent and may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to high winds, storms, poor visibility or unsafe water conditions. If Extreme World cancels your rental, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
